WHAT TO BRING

No more than 7 changes of clothing:

  • Jeans -  all body parts must be covered

  • Tank tops must follow the 3 finger rule

  • Shorts, no more than 1 inch above the knee

  • T shirts (no design or verbiage of a sexual nature, alcohol, other drugs or violence/other offensive)

  • Personal hygiene items, not containing alcohol

  • Bed linens and pillows are provided, but you may bring your own (twin)

  • 3 towels

  • 3 wash cloths

  • Plastic Hangers

  • Appropriate books, magazines, crossword puzzles, notebooks, paper, pens, and/or pencils

  • All up-to-date, non-narcotic prescription medication in original bottle with legible prescription label in consumer’s name.

  • Toothbrush

  • Solid deodorant (No aerosols)

  • Shampoo & Conditioner

  • Makeup (Limit 2 - NO MIRRORS)

  • Electric Razor

  • Brush and/or comb

  • Shoes or slippers

  • Money for vending

  • Recovery literature (AA Big Book, NA Basic Text, Buddhist Recovery, Meditation books, etc)

  • Stationary

  • Hats, gloves, scarves, ear muffs, and coat are recommended in cold season

  • TB screening results

  • Laundry soap & Dryer sheets (Appliances provided)

  • Additional items allowed include alarm clocks, radios, CD or MP3 players (with headphones); MP3 players that have recording capability or hold inappropriate pictures/videos are prohibited and will be considered unapproved contraband

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED

  • Halter tops, spaghetti straps shirts, muscle shirts, miniskirts, short shorts, and tight pants are not allowed

  • Hygiene items that contain alcohol

  • No outside food or beverage may be brought into the facility

  • No weapons, including pocket knives

  • No cell phones

  • No aerosol cans of any type

Items not allowed will be confiscated.

Any item classified as contraband will be destroyed immediately in a method determined appropriate by the facility.

The only items that can be held (if necessary) include cell phones, cell phone chargers, and keys.

All valuables should be left at home or with someone you trust.

 

Please inquire about any special accommodations that may need to be considered for patient medical, learning disability or other needs.

No laptops/computers, iPads/NotePads, or other Internet /cell-service capable electronic devices allowed.

If you forget an item or want additional items brought to you, family, or friends may bring them to the Inner Solutions receptionist. All packages will be searched for contraband.

You will have access to phones in residential treatment only; however, phone privileges are not given until after the first full week of residential treatment.

The only money needed will be for vending machines. Any money kept by the client, client is responsible for. If money is placed in Inner Solutions safe, it can only be accessed

Mon - Fri from 8 am - 5 pm.

When possible, please bring all prescribed medications with you for the length of your stay. The use of medication must be approved by Inner Solutions' physician. If you bring a medication that is not permitted, it will be confiscated and destroyed immediately.
